Delete your Carvana account
How to delete your account in the Carvana app (by CARVANA LUXURY MOTOR VEHICLES SERVICES L.L.C.), and what happens to your data.
1. Delete it in the app
Open the Carvana app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account → Manage account → Delete account.
Confirm with the code we send to your WhatsApp.
Finish or cancel any open booking first.
2. No app? Email us
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
Include the phone number on your account.
We send a code to that number on WhatsApp to confirm it's yours, then delete the account.
3. What happens next
You have 30 days to change your mind. Sign in during that time to keep your account.
After 30 days we erase your name, phone number, email, saved places, devices and notifications. You can no longer sign in.
4. What we keep, and why
Booking, trip and payment records, as UAE tax law requires. Your name and phone number are removed, exact addresses become a general area, and notes are cleared.
Security and audit logs. They hold record numbers, not your name or number.
Emergency contacts you saved for SOS are stored only on your phone. Remove the app to clear them.
